This addon adds an origin, power/action/condition types and various changes to bees.
🐝 Bee changes 🐝
- Bees now render equipped helmets.
- Bees now render their mainhand item in their stinger.
- Beehives now store the bee's armor, held items, and drop chances.
- Bees don't lose their stingers when holding an item in their mainhand.
🍯 Hivenest 🍯
A beehive that grew legs. It cooperates with bees to maintain itself and protects them.

Bee Nest
You can pick up and store up to 6 bees. You start with two. Picking up bees restores their health at the cost of honey if below half health.
Right click a bee to store it, press Primary to release the last bee that was stored.
Details
Mainhand needs to be empty to pick up a bee.
Two bees will be given on origin chosen, but not on respawn.
If sneaking when a bee is released, it won't be teleported to you when doing Swarm Recall.
If a bee can't enter the storage, it will instead get added to the Recall set. If it was already in the Recall set, it will stop being in the set.
It costs 60 honey to restore a bee's health.
Apicultured
Picking up bees with nectar will store it inside you. Overtime, nectar will be transformed into honey.
Details
Each bee gives 30 nectar when stored, which is then transformed over time to honey at a 1 to 1 ratio.
You can store up to 1200 of nectar and 1200 of honey.
Eating honey foods will increase you honey meter directly by 150.
Mellivore
Food doesn't give any nutrients. You passively eat the honey you produce.
Details
You can still eat the food, but it won't fill any hunger or saturation.
Every second, 10 honey will be spent to give 1 food and 0.2 saturation.
Bee My Friend
Bees won't get angry at you and will protect you.
Details
When hit by a mob or when hitting a mob with a melee attack, all nearby bees will retaliate against said mob.
Bees and other Hivenests are unnafected.
Hive Armory
You can equip bees with weapons and armor. A bee with a weapon won't lose their stinger when attacking. Use shears to take your equipment back.
Slippery Hold
You deal really low damage with any melee weapon.
Details
Melee damage is decreased by 80%.
Swarm Recall
Call your bees towards your location. Recalling while sneaking will also store the bees, as many as you can fit. Bees released while sneaking will be instructed to not answer your calls.
Use by pressing Secondary.
Details
When releasing a bee from the storage, it will be added to the Recall set (unless sneaking).
A bee will leave the set if it enters a beehive or if the player leaves the world.
Whether a bee belongs to the set can also be toggled by failing to store it due to alredy having 6 bees.
Waggle Interpreter
You can tell when bees have found a flower and when they are low on health.
Details
Bees will glow yellow when in a flower and red when on <20% health.
Beelocation
Interact with a beehive while sneaking to force the bees out.
Sticky Situation
You can phase through and climb honey blocks.
Expert Pollinator
Picking up a bee that has grown a crop will duplicate the flower in your offhand.
Details
The amount of flowers duplicated will depend on the amount of crops grown.
Sweet Nectar
Giving a bee flowers while sneaking will make them hold them. When the bee gets hit, they will consume the flower to gain potion effects.
Details
The potion effect given to the bee will depend on the effect said flower would give when crafted into a suspicious stew.
