Search Carefully

Update 1201.3.0:
Convert the search tag from int to double;
Added a search speed attribute to adjust the player's search speed;
Added two status effects related to search speed;
Added 5 potions;
Added the function of always searching the hotkey bar, which needs to be enabled through configuration;
A placeholder item has been added, providing a more refined search method, but it has not been integrated into the loot tables and is currently only available as a developer-exclusive item.
Optimize the code.
