Changelog – Right Click Ladder 1.1.0

Added server config option floaty_placement
- true → ladders can extend freely into air/water (“floaty mode”).
- false → ladders must always be supported by backing blocks (vanilla behavior).
Full rewrite for compatibility with Minecraft 1.21.1 through 1.21.8.
Improved stability: smooth collapse & restore of ladders when supports are broken.
Verified in both single player and multiplayer with no errors or log spam.
