Version 0.1.5 removes redundant test leftovers and adds support for multi-level jigsaw connection in the city

Changes:

• Jigsaw generation in the city using Jigsaw City Template Pools now supports more than one jigsaw depth level
• Added minimum_level and maximum_level fields to elements in the Jigsaw City Template Pools that control which depth in jigsaw placement elements require to generate; This can be used to recursively generate a specific number of layers on top of each other (e.g. for a skyscraper).

Fixes:

• Removed leftover test item, block, creative tab and config file
