Cave Overhaul

Overhaul of the Cave v1.4.0

• removed underground lava rivers
• underground rivers generate at lower Y levels
• fixed issue where dripstone blobs would block underground rivers
• add connector layer which does an okay-ish job at vertically connecting caves on separate layers
• greatly improved terralith and tectonic compatibility by adding terrain-relative max Y for cave enterances
• ravines now have 10% chance of being exposed to air (previously 30%)
• fixed bug from the WF era which caused 4x4 chunk-like artifacts to appear in underground rivers
• 'old caves' generate more cleanly and are more uniform throughout
