The timer adds a layer of difficulty to progression - when it runs out, radiation will cover the entire surface for a long time, disrupting any surface-level development.
Fixed an issue where the timer would reset when re-entering another dimension, and also improved the command for changing time - radiation now adjusts based on the dimension you are currently in.
