Armor Weight: Heavy armor (Iron, Diamond, etc.) makes you 50% louder. Leather armor is finally useful!

Stealth Gear: Wear Leather Boots to reduce noise by 40%. Walk on Wool to be completely silent.

Adrenaline: If your health drops below 3 hearts, your heartbeat becomes loud enough to attract enemies.
